At Law Boutique, we are certified commissioners for the taking of affidavits and, as such, can provide notarial services such as attestations of Canadian and foreign documents. Our fee for notary services is only $30.00 including tax.
We review and make a copy of the original document to be notarized by the lawyer
which can include court documents, travel documents, travel consent forms for children travelling without one or both parents, and invitation letters
We can also notarize BC Power of Attorneys and out of country POA's that have already been drafted
Legal fees are listed below. Third party costs, such as marriage certificates, private detectives, skip tracing, process servers and court costs (about $290) are extra. If matters become contested or agreements take more than 3 hours to finalize, extra time will be charged at $240 to $360 hour based on the seniority of the lawyer.
